You'll be struck by the quality of the modern renovations immediately once inside. The space has been opened up with larger, modern windows and a more open floor-plan. The furnishings and surfaces are of quality … wood and stone and stainless steel. The kitchen features a large center island with quality appliances … there's everything you need here to prepare masterful culinary creations and to entertain.
The master bedroom, featuring KING comfort, is located on the main level … easily accessible and stylish. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs. Located just east of Downtown Colorado Springs in a unique neighborhood combining convenient urban access with suburban comfort, this area is perfect for visitors and guests to the Pikes Peak Region. Located directly across the street from Memorial Park—the city's largest urban park featuring Prospect Lake which offers boating, kayaking and swimming in the summer. An ice rink, skate park and plenty of green open spaces lie adjacent to the internationally recognized Fallen Firefighter Memorial honoring the men and women who've given their lives in the service of fire rescue.
There are neighborhood cafes here (Switchback Coffee Roasters is just up the street), restaurants, shops, bars, galleries and museums close and in abundance. The United States Olympic Training Center is also just up the road from this home. And to top everything off, the most well-known attractions for visitors and guests are just a short-drive away: Garden of the Gods, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Broadmoor, Manitou Springs are all 10-15 minutes away. The Airport, US Air Force Academy & Pikes Peak are all about 20 minutes away. Urban ease along with access to so much Colorado Springs goodness—this location truly is exceptional.
Although there are plenty of parks, restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property (within walking or biking distance!) we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Please be respectful to the neighbors - quiet hours are 10pm - 7am;
* Trash bins are located in the back on the side of the home. The trash pick up day is on Monday morning and is house side pick. (No need to roll to street)
🐶Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

- A $35 plus tax hot tub fee will be applied to the total cost of the reservation. This cost goes towards cleaning and maintaining our hot tubs at the highest level and to ensure that the hot tub is perfectly clean and serviced before you arrive.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.

- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early. Thank you for your understanding.

Host was extremely responsive and helpful. The place smelled a tad when we got there and it was a little hot, but was still extremely clean. The bathroom are a tad tight and the sinks probably need adjusting. Overall, the location and awesome host made it worth it.Show more
