We enforce good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.
Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation, and can be removed from the property due to negligence.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard.
Free Parking. Two-car driveway. Two-car garage. Garage access is from inside after check-in. We do not recommend two large vehicles in the garage. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles of any nature.
Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

House Rules Required
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
NO SMOKING. Evidence of smoking will results in a $50 cleaning fee and $250 fine if deodorizing treatment is required.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm-8AM per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. This is strongly enforced by us and the City Of Scottsdale
Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Arizona wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.
Per the City Of Scottsdale ordinance no more than 6 unrelated adults are allowed to book at once.
-By booking this home you agree to assume ALL liability for you and your party in regards to the pool and pool use.
-Do not touch pool equipment. Tampering with the pool equipment will result in a fine equal to or greater than the equipment ruined. $50 fine for pool vacuum removal.
NO Dog Policy This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 72 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees, it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-Please notify us of any trash issues. We will be asking for your help to ensure trash is brought to the curb! Thank you in advance!
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
