The space
Experience a "larger" tiny-home cabin offering a modern Colorado experience in the mountains. Nestled in the trees within a tiny-home park, this vacation rental features a full bedroom with a Queen bed and a loft with a comfortable King bed.
With parking for one vehicle in front, the private deck and sunroom invite you to enjoy outdoor living under the Colorado sky. A gas grill and cozy seating await, with views of Pikes Peak peeking through the trees. Breathe in the fresh mountain air.
Step into the sunroom, and you'll be amazed at how spacious this "tiny" home feels—bright, airy, and designed for short-term guests. The modern, attractive décor extends to the sunroom, which features large windows, a dining area, and a daybed. Enter the main living space through the front door using your private code.
Inside, relax on the comfortable sofa by the electronic fireplace and big flat-panel TV. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations. The loft, accessed by steep stairs, and a full, private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom behind stylish barn doors offer ample space. A full laundry is available at the base of the loft stairs.
Small in size but big on charm, comfort, and functionality, this cabin provides an enticing retreat for travelers to the Pikes Peak Region.
Guest access
We will send you detailed instructions no less than 48 hours prior to your arrival after you complete our verification portal. You will have privacy and access to the entire house using your special code given upon booking. Front door has a digital smart lock.
Other things to note
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
-Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. The community garbage is located in blue dumpster at the end of the park.
-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!
*Please Note: While we take every measure to ensure guest safety, use of the loft ladder is at your own risk - owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
*Fires are not allowed at this property. Fire Ban in Teller County is in Full Effect.
This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

This data is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests:
- NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop.
- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early.
Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, We charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they may be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.
