The 1BR and 2BR suites near DPAC and Bulls Stadium are a short walk to both, usually 10–15 minutes on foot. The 8BR Urban Retreat is downtown-adjacent and a quick rideshare to either venue. We'll flag the exact walk time on the listing.

Most of our Durham homes sit 10–15 minutes by car from Duke's West and East campuses. If you're in town for a game, graduation, or a medical appointment at Duke Health, ask Phillip or Macario which listing puts you closest, it varies by a few minutes.

Stocked for actual cooking. Pots, pans, sheet trays, knives, a real coffee setup, salt and pepper, basics. Guests tell us the kitchen has "absolutely everything you need to make any dish." If something's missing on arrival, text us, we'll fix it that day.
