We came for a relaxing getaway, and the home truly had everything we could have needed. Communication with the host was swift, clear, and efficient, which made the entire stay feel easy from start to finish.

The house itself is a quirky old gem built in 1890 and currently for sale, full of character and charm. Our personal favorite feature was the beautiful clawfoot bathtub, which felt like a special touch you don’t find just anywhere. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully throughout our stay.

We were especially lucky with the weather and spent a great deal of time enjoying the back patio, which added to the peaceful feel of the trip. We weren’t able to figure out the hot tub, but that didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time there.

Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely love to return in the future.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The cabin was very nice, clean, and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and made our family nights extra special. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

We appreciated the space of this house with ample room for our family and plenty of seating, tv's in each room, large dining table, etc. The house was also well decorated. The home is very conveniently located near a grocery store.

We had a great stay at this townhome in a quiet community. It worked out perfectly for our holiday get-together while visiting with our son, his 3-year-old, and 9-month-old. With four adults, a toddler, and a baby, we had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable.<br/>The home was well equipped for cooking and conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and everything else we needed over the holidays. The photos accurately reflect the townhouse.<br/>Philip was a wonderful host—very responsive, provided clear instructions, and was able to accommodate a last-minute extra day, which we really appreciated. We would happily stay here again

This location was great. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life but close enough to be able to enjoy near by Cripple Creek. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and set-up of home. The six of us were able to enjoy binge watching Stranger Things in the living room in front of the fire place and play board games on the kitchen table. We were pleasantly surprised by a herd of deer running through one of the evenings we were there. Host was very responsive.

This place was in close proximity to my family's gathering place during the holiday.  We enjoyed breakfast on the back patios in the sun together, and playing cards together in the large open kitchen in the evenings.  The home comfortably housed a family of 7 adults and we had a very memorable stay.  I would def stay here again and recommend to other large families.

Great place to stay. It’s super spacious. A lot bigger than we expect actually. The house is fully stocked with everything you would possibly need. The only thing I would advise is to find a better cleaner. One the bathroom tubes was not well cleaned and just come visable lacky cleaning. Other That the place is lovely to stay.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with the house. The pictures don’t do this older house justice! So much character and remodeled beautifully!! The host was responsive, helpful and very friendly. The neighborhood was lovely and the location fabulous. Very easy access to everything!

Great location for getting to sites around Scottsdale. Close to groceries and restaurants. If you plan to cook, the kitchen has lots of pots and pans and even a slow cooker. I appreciated that I could leave my travel fan at home, as they have ceiling fans and a portable tower fan. We enjoyed our stay!

We felt right at home! It’s cozy, clean, and quiet! Loved the privacy fence for our fur babies! Philip was an outstanding host! Made sure we got there ok, and we had everything we needed!! Easy, great location to get around to in Colorado Springs. Quiet and safe neighborhood!!!
