Amenities
The place was and is everything I could have asked for regarding an isolated getaway, to commune with nature, free of noise pollution. It was great. The only caveat or complaint I had was regarding the keyless entry. The keypad did not accept my provided code, so having to call for support to figure out how to get inside, disrupted the vibe of the trip once we had gotten there. Everything else was great though. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at.Show more This was the most wonderful stay we've ever had. We did get locked out twice, but the cissy service was steller. So close to beautiful roaming horses, amazing views, perfect tiny home.Show more Cute tiny home in a beautiful location. Enjoyed waking up to the mountains in the background. The house needed some work while there but everything was communicated well and didn’t cause any issues.Show more To start off, we got there and the keypad was not updated to what it should’ve been to accommodate us. I had to contact customer support to help us get in, which took at least 30 minutes. Then the second day we go to shower and notice we have no hot water. I reach out to the host to be told that the problem would be resolved on Sunday… our checkout day. He thought this was a wonderful solution. He in no way tried to help us as far as getting the hot water heater fixed or even just moving us cabins, there were vacant ones near us. Then come our refund… he seemed to think 20% back of our days stayed was fair, because it would all be fixed come Sunday… once again, our checkout day.Show more
