The easiest way to access the driveway is from the west side (make a left turn) and you may pull all the way to the back and turn around so you don't have to back into the main road. After parking in the private driveway, enter through the side-door and into the sleek new kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area with seating for six. The main living area is close-by too. Open and bright with comfortable seating, there's a quality flat-panel smart tv mounted on the wall. Just beyond the living room are the home's two bedrooms. King-sized comfort is offered in the first, along with a small work area (if you mut)! The second bedroom features a queen bed, quality, professionally laundered linens and plenty of welcoming, natural light. Both bedrooms are serviced by the single bath of the home—sleek and white, clean and modern. Located just a few miles directly east of Downtown Colorado Springs, this home is located in a transitioning neighborhood with both urban and suburban attributes. It is situated just off a main road, allowing exceptionally easy access to shopping, dining, and all of the best attractions the Pikes Peak region offers visitors and guests. Walgreens is right across the street (#CONVENIENCE!) and in case you like PIZZA, there's a Domino's literally next door! Across the street is a grocery, along with a truly great Colorado craft brewery, offering a true connoisseur's selection of quality, small-batch brews. Rough around the edges, but offering easy access and some great, hidden amenities, this area is a great alternative and a great VALUE for guests and visitors.
Although restaurants, shopping and other attractions are located close to this home, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
ATTENTION:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
Additional Services:
- We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge. Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early for an early check-in or the day before your departure for a late check-out.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. phillip was extremely kind and an amazing host. very responsive. we had a few issues during our stay such as black mold in the bathroom, the driveway(but that is mentioned in the description), the water not draining from the washer a few times, and just super outdated furniture that wasn't pictured in the pics on the website and the super creepy unbuilt out dirty basement with a scary crawl space that you have to sprint past if your a baby like me lol. did not like the area, it did not feel safe, but we also had no issues at all! so I think most of our issues are just preference. overall Phillip was very kind and responsive and this may be a good fit for someone else, we may just be picky.Show more Beautiful place, great for our dog and comfortable beds!Show more While a definitive diagnosis of bedbug bites is not possible due to the lack of a specific test, the fact remains that my family suffered bites from an unknown source while sleeping in the bed. The deplorable condition of the bed and the resulting harm to my family necessitate a full refund, irrespective of the precise origin of the bites. The host's failure to provide a clean and safe environment warrants compensation for the harm and distress caused. If you could see the pictures of the bed you would be sick just looking at them. I am more than happy to share them with anyone who asks. They just covered up ungodly stains and standing dirt and pet hair with a clean sheet. Do not stay at this location.Show more
