Enter through the front door and into the large, open living and dining room with formal seating for 10 (bumper pool table can be converted for additional dinning seating of up to 14) , and room for many more informally … at the recliners in front of the big TV, or the gaming table in the corner. The open, modern kitchen is adjacent, and just waiting for your culinary creations. Just below the kitchen is another living space complete with a warm, inviting gas fireplace and another big TV. Downstairs is yet another separate living room, with yet another big TV — along with a ping pong table and bedroom. The upper level of the home contains the other 3 bedrooms, including the masterful master with masterful master-bath.

Located on the northeast side of Colorado Springs not far from restaurants, shopping, dining, nightlife and major roadways, this home is approximately 15 minutes from all of the major attractions including Garden of the Gods, the Air Force Academy, Downtown, Old Colorado City, Pikes Peak, the Broadmoor and MORE. The interstate is close by, shopping is close by, all that you could need or want is close by, but being in a more suburban setting allows us to offer this home at an exceptional price, an exceptional value for your family's, your group's stay in Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region.
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Great host and lovely home. Definitely would book again. Highly recommended.Show more This is a very large house in an extremely quiet neighborhood. There was lots of room for my family of nine with plenty of games inside and out for my grandchildren. All the beds were very comfortable. It might not be the best house for those that have climbing or ADA issues as there are four levels inside and the huge backyard is multi level also. The house was very clean when we arrived, but things are dated and are starting to fail. I sent a list to Philip with all the issues we encountered, nothing major, but things that should be fixed before the next guests arrive. The AC worked great once we figured out how to control the fancy thermostat and there was plenty of hot water for all of us to shower. All in all our stay was great although it sounds like the area is close to all the major attractions in Colorado Springs but in reality, it takes a little bit of a commute through traffic as this is on the north end of Colorado Springs and most of the attractions are on the south end.Show more We had so much fun at this property. It was perfect for our family of 6. The kids had plenty of space to spread out and have a good time. It sure beat being cooped up in a one room hotel room with 4 kids.
