The living room has a huge seating area, and a TV for relaxing after a long day of hiking or site seeing. The house also features beautiful landscaping and sitting areas around an outdoor fireplace.

Escape to the master bedroom that opens up to a balcony with an incredible view of Pikes Peak and a hot tub! The master bedroom also has a fireplace that lights with a press of a button. Don't even worry about lifting the toilet seat lid, they open for you!
The house also contains 4 additional comfy bedrooms, 3 on the second floor and 1 in the basement, with pretty of storage space and room. Don't forget to use Alexa for weather updates and turning on lights in the house. Come enjoy the best of Colorado Springs with a home that will deliver you an awesome experience!
The basement features a 200 inch theater screen with surround sound, air hockey table, fridge for keeping your drinks cold, and a full size bar with four bar stools.
You will have access to anywhere in the house except for the garage, master bedroom closet, and main level office.

Beautiful home! Spacious and the perfect setting for a family weekend. The theater was ideal for everyone to watch movies together and the grandson adored the air hockey table. My personal favorite was the fireplace in the master bedroom it felt like home! The hot tub was great for stargazing and relaxing after a long day. Our hosts were very responsive to questions and even worked with my daughter to return her backpack that she had forgotten! Gave 4 stars due to substandard cleaning service (broken glass on floor, dirty floors with no broom or vacuum to clean them ourselves, condoms in drawer in bedroom, no towels in any bathrooms, all soaps in home were watered down) and need for maintenance (hot tub lights and jets not working, dryer not working, etc). I suggest leaving a broom and dustpan as well as more garbage bags (I think we had 2 for our 4-night stay) to help guests keep the place cleaner while there. <br/>Overall it was a beautiful home to spend a weekend! Very nice house. Some things a little outdated, but all in all a good stay. If you want a place with an amazing view, this is it. The master bedroom balcony and hot tub provided an amazing view of the mountains and pikes peak. The hot tub was perfect to soak in after a long day or hike. Wasn’t able to figure out how to operate the master fireplace but that was the only negative. The residence was clean, clutter free and ready for us at check in. It is also very centrally located within the city. The hosts responded quickly and even order a hair dryer that was missing from the residence. The price is well worth the experience. Madison

This house was perfect for my friends and I. It’s in a very convenient location and was close to everything we wanted to do. We loved the hot tub and the home theatre. There was a minor issue with the hot tub when we checked in but when I brought it up with the host he made sure it was fixed the same day. I highly recommend this place!
