We had a great time staying at this house. It's in a super peaceful neighborhood — really quiet and relaxing. We saw deer in the yard almost every day, and even caught a glimpse of a fox, which was pretty cool!<br/>The house was really clean and comfortable. It did get a bit stuffy in the main area during the afternoon since there's no AC, but the nights cooled off nicely. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty with all four of us using it, but it wasn't a big deal.<br/>Overall, it's a nice place to stay — perfect if you're looking to unwind and enjoy some nature.

When we booked the place the ad and the filter stated ENTIRE HOUSE!!! That is NOT the case. It is the entire basement. The fine print was way down the list of the owner lives upstairs. States very well insulated so wont hear anything. We knew exactly where they walked every step. NO AC so DO NOT book in the summer. it was 80+ degrees inside always. They said it would stay cooler. NOPE! The main living and kitchen areas don't have any type of circulation unless we left the door open and put a huge loud box fan outside at night to help cool it off. All windows had to be left open all night and had it not been for the animals around I would've left the back door open. Need to have AC or windows that open down there! We almost left but we were there for softball for a week and there was nothing else available but a hotel so stayed. Winter might be better since there is a fireplace but I am sure it would be freezing without that too. Wouldn't stay again for sure!

We were disappointed with our stay and after coming back a second time, I would not recommend this place. There is no AC or cross breeze and even in the winter months it was a sauna and we were not allowed to touch the thermostat.
