The main "great room" features an open design concept and includes an expansive living room, dining room with seating for 8, and an open, modern, renovated and practical kitchen. From here, guests can go upstairs or down. Upstairs are two bedrooms, including the master which features a king-bed and most importantly, a private walkout to a second story deck. Stay, relax, bring your friends and family (furry and otherwise), rest, recuperate, experience and enjoy! To give you peace of mind, we have a 5 star cleaning team that keeps this home immaculately clean and disinfected (especially high-touch areas) so you can enjoy your stay and feel safe. Located approximately a quarter mile from the Interstate, this home offers exceptional access to the best attractions the Springs offers travelers and guests in a quiet, suburban setting. The homes here are established, with plenty of trees, large lots, and neighbors that wave at each other. Nevertheless there are some great restaurant choices including Carrabba's, Old Chicago and the Titled Kilt just a few hundred yards away. Additionally, shopping and grocery stores are close by was well, including an REI store just in case you aren't fully geared-out for your Colorado wilderness adventure. More toward the north end of town, this home is approximately 5 mins from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, 10 mins from the Air Force Academy, 15 mins from Garden of the Gods, Downtown, Old Colorado City and about 20 mins from the Airport, the Broadmoor and Manitou Springs. Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located within walking and biking distance to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around. * We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. * Parking: driveway on the right side will fit up to 4 cars. There is also on street parking * There is central AC throughout the home * The fire pit has been removed due to city regulations * There are two cameras on the property one that is in the front yard facing the drive way and one in the backyard AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in. This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals. Please be advised that we may ask guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. This is our second time staying in this home this year… would highly recommend it… Host is very responsive and the home has plenty of room for everyone. Close to highway, shopping, restaurants etc… very quiet neighborhood. Had one issue with the oven handle being broken but the host responded immediately when the issue was reported. We would definitely choose this home over others in the area again…If you decide to stay here, you will not be dissatisfied.Show more

Great location, and the home is very spacious. Outdoor patio was a great touch and a great place to hang out with family, however the yard was overgrown, and the BBQ grill was unusable.Show more

Great location. Plenty of space. The house needs repairs in several places, but those repairs don't interfere with the functionality of our stay. The house did smell bad, and it was difficult to cope with the smell for the entire stay. It smelled like rodent issues, and a dead mouse was just off the front porch when we arrived. We also asked for a late check-out, and the service center responded that they would get back to us with an answer, but we never heard back about approval for a late check-out. The dishes were not very clean upon arrival.Show more
