The space
It's big, and there's lots of space. It's professionally managed, so things are clean. Professionally laundered even. The whites are white and the hot tub is ready. Quality linens adorn the 6! beds, (2) of which are KINGS. Open. Spacious. Everything you need, and nothing you don't. Except the mountain views. You don't need those. You WANT those. And the movie screen downstairs. And the exceptional outdoor spaces with out-the-gate access to trails and open space. Ok, we lied. There's a LOT you don't need, but probably want. Just remember: Big. Clean. Beautiful. Hot tub. Open space. Entertainer's kitchen. Lots of big, comfortable beds in spacious, big, bright bedrooms. VALUE. Take a look at the pictures. Guest access
The whole home is completely private to you. There is parking in the garage and driveway. Access is with a door code and it will be provided to you once you book your stay.

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
Parking is in the garage, driveway, or anywhere on the street in front of the house.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in.
