Recently built just one year ago, this home has been built with an attention to detail and a level of craftsmanship rare to encounter in a short-term rental. Enter through the front door or through the garage after parking inside or in the private driveway. You'll enter into a modern, clean, inviting space and you'll sense the possibilities here—entertainment, relaxation, or just the perfect base for your explorations around town, or the natural environs surrounding Pikes Peak, "America's Mountain." The main level offers an open kitchen and living room concept, complete with walkout access to the private backyard, full of plenty of outdoor living opportunities including a gas grill for an evening under the Colorado sky. There is also a entire laundry room.
The living room/kitchen combination is open and bright, the centerpiece of the space an inviting gas fireplace. The sofas here are leather, the flooring hardwood, the surfaces granite and stainless steel.
Upstairs are 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The master offers KING comfort and a private bath, as well as a private balcony walkout facing Pikes Peak and the west—stunning sunsets over the Rocky Mountain Front Range presented nightly! The second bedroom features another KING bed, the third bedroom a comfortable queen. All of the linens are of hotel-quality, professionally cleaned and laundered. There's an additional bathroom on this level too, to service the 2 additional bedrooms.
Downstairs in the lower level, there's a comfortable and inviting living space connected to a fourth bedroom featuring 2 bunk beds with 2 single mattresses each — 4 sleeping spaces perfect for the kids. And with a third full bath down here, the kids can be themselves while leaving the adults to rest and relax and entertain upstairs in privacy and peace. This home offers a great deal of flexibility perfect for traveling families or groups—value, practicality in comfortable, modern décor.

Just a few hundred yards from the Rocky Mountain foothills, this home is located on the Springs' west side, near Red Rocks Canyon Open Space Park … a hidden gem of a park offering many of the same spectacular rock formations and trails that the more well-known Garden of the Gods Park offers, without the crowds and tourists. Another park, Bear Creek Park, is also just up the road. Attractions such as Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, with their unique and historic artisan shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife are both just down the road, approximately 2 mins by car, or a 10 minute walk or bike ride. Downtown Colorado Springs is also just about 5 minutes away by car. Visitors to the Springs will inevitably spend most of their time on the west side, close to this property, and guests staying here will be gloriously close to all the goodness, natural or built, that Colorado Springs offers travelers and visitors to the region.
Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
