The main level features an open concept design effectively combing the kitchen, living room and dining room. The living room offers walkout access to the private backyard with a nice little patio to spend some time under the clear Colorado sky. There's a welcoming gas fireplace in the living room too, along with quality, comfortable furnishings. Next to the kitchen is a table for formal dining with seating for (4), and (3) more bar stool seats at the counter. The kitchen itself is spacious with quality, functional design — the flooring is hardwood, the surfaces are granite and stainless steel. Perfect spot to establish a base camp in Colorado Springs! We loved our stay in Colorado Springs. The house is new and off the beaten path. Very quiet and friendly community. Only 10 minutes from anything. House is very clean. It has plenty of room and looks very nice. Beds were comfortable and all the convenience of home. The pool table was a source of a lot of great family memories.Show more

Nice Stay in Quiet and Conveniently Located Neighborhood We were visiting Colorado Springs with family and friends and enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location and a nice, quiet neighborhood that seemed to mostly have permanent residents. We had everything we needed and even cooked several meals at the house in the well-equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!Show more
