The home is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. It features two bedrooms with queen beds upstairs and 1 queen bed downstairs. Both upstairs bedrooms and living room are equipped with Roku TVs.
The bathrooms of each unit offer a modern touch with all new tile surround, vanity and storage space.
The kitchen is spacious and comes with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and everything you will need to make gourmet meals for your family or significant other.
The downstairs unit features one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen pullout couch. The bathroom also offers a modern touch with all new tile surround, vanity and storage space. The kitchen is spacious and comes with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and everything you will need to make gourmet meals for your family or significant other. The living room offers a large wall mounted TV with cable and a Roku.
Guest will have private access to the entire upstairs and downstairs units. Both have their own private entrance.

This maintenance visit, usually lasting about an hour, ensures that the hot tub is kept clean, functional, and ready for your enjoyment throughout your stay.
Rest assured, these visits are designed to be non-intrusive. The technician only needs access to the outdoor area and will not disturb your indoor privacy. We schedule these sessions to ensure minimal disruption to your relaxation and aim to provide you with a seamless, top-notch experience.

The Manitou and Pikes Peak Cog Railway will take you to the top of Pikes Peak with an elevation of 14,115 feet. At the Cave of the Winds, you will descend into the colorful depths of Colorado. Miramont Castle and the Cliff Dwellings Museum will take you back in time. The Iron Springs Chateau Melodrama will tickle your funny bone and delight your senses. The Garden of the Gods Park & The Garden of the Gods Visitors & Nature Center will lift your spirit. Visit the Garden of the Gods Trading Post at the south edge of the park for the largest gift shop and gallery in the area. The Ghost Town Museum and the Manitou Springs Heritage Center will bring you back 100 years to an 1800’s old west town.
Most of Manitou Springs is within reasonable walking distance. Lyft and Uber are also available in this area.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Max 3 dogs ($75/dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed.

* Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!;

* No central AC - There is a room unit in the living room in the downstairs and a window AC unit in the upstairs bedroom to cool the home.

Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Pretty good with minimal checkout tasks.Show more This house was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and both the kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked. It's very homey. The walk back home from downtown is a bit of a climb, but the distance to downtown is so short, the climb isn't onerous. On the flipside, it's far enough from downtown to be very quiet.
