This unit is part of a larger building with other short-term rentals and guests. Enter at the door clearly marked “B” next to your private garage unit on the east side of the building. You’ll enter into the kitchen — fully functional and ready for your culinary creations. The appliances are stainless steel here, and while a little cozy, there’s just enough space to allow you to cook and eat comfortably. The unit’s single bathroom is just off to the right and features a clean design with stylish tile in the shower.
The unit’s single bedroom is just ahead as you enter and offers a comfortable queen bed, seating and entertainment. This room doubles as the unit’s living room … everything you need in one convenient, efficient space. There’s also a full laundry in one of the bedroom closets. So efficient!

Absolutely loved staying in this little gem! A little tricky to find at night since its a small alley pulling in, but didnt take long to find in daylight. Super clean inside and out, definitely a newer building. Small space but plenty big for 1-2 people plus plenty of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the sunshine. All amenities/appliances needed were available and the space felt very private and secure within the neighborhood even being so close to old colorado city. Absolutely walkable which is a plus for those looking to hit the shops/restaurants without worrying about parking. Just leave your vehicle securely parked in the attached garage! Being the lower unit there is some noise from the guests above, but honestly the noise transfer is quite low comparatively. Only really heard heavy footsteps, no voices. Well worth the price and will keep it on my list for future visits if its available!Show more Dawson

A nice spot for a quick getaway. In a great area with plenty to do and explore, especially being so close to Garden of the Gods. Overall we had a wonderful stay!Show more Great stay!
