This adorable 2-BDRM, 2-bath home is in a PHENOMENAL location, and that’s almost a shame. With so much to do in the area, you’ll hardly find time to spend in it! It provides a cheerful, comfortable & convenient home base for recharging your batteries, with a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, even a deck with a grill for cooking in the fresh mountain air. You’re under 20 minutes from most of the region’s popular attractions, and moments from plentiful shopping & casual dining on Highway 115.
One word this home brings to mind, both inside and out, is “happy.” Painted in upbeat blue and white, this contemporary duplex is nestled in the bend of a sweeping curved driveway with plenty of room for parking. Four short steps ascend to the front door, and inside, you’ll see that this is a split-level property with short flights of stairs leading up and down.
First, let’s explore the upper level. You’ll first be welcomed into a bright, cozy living room with a corner decorative ONLY fireplace (out of order), big TV, and a 3-seater sofa with built-in chase. Perfect for unwinding in the evening! This room also includes a desk and chair in case you need a work surface.
A wide doorway leads into a homey eat-in kitchen with a sliding glass door leading to a deck with a grill and outdoor seating for two – great for alfresco meals, a quiet cup of morning coffee, or a breath of fresh night air with a mug of hot cocoa before bedtime. The kitchen includes a dining table for four and a well-equipped cooking area with everything you’ll need for easy meal prep at home: a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, full-size range, coffee machine, tea kettle, cooking utensils, and plenty of cabinets.
Venturing downstairs to the ground level, you’ll find two pleasantly decorated bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king and large closets. The king size bedroom has its own TV. A full, contemporary bath on this level includes a shower/tub combo, a spacious vanity sink, and a wall-mounted hair dryer. In the common area, you’ll find a stacked washer and dryer to make life easier.

If you want to make the most of your visit to Colorado Springs, this property is ideally located. Situated in the desirable Broadmoor area in the southeast corner of the city, the home is just 6 minutes from the luxurious Broadmoor resort. Just off of Highway 115, you’re moments from a commercial hub of shopping and casual dining.
There’s much to see and do in the area, and you’ve got easy access to all of it, with many of the region’s most popular attractions less than 20 minutes away.
Outdoors enthusiasts will find themselves literally surrounded by options for hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, skiing, ziplining, and more. Parks and open spaces abound, including:
Bear Creek Regional Park East (9 minutes)
Cheyenne Mountain State Park (12 minutes)
Red Rock Canyon Open Space (14 minutes)
Between the landscapes and the wildlife, you won’t want to blink. Some of the most stunning sights can be seen at the Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center, where dramatic, ancient rock formations soar 300 feet overhead (16 minutes), and at the summit of Pikes Peak (otherwise known as “America’s Mountain”) standing a breathtaking 14,115 feet above sea level (a worthwhile drive at 1 hour, 15 minutes).
While you’re likely to spot various kinds of wildlife in their natural habitat around Colorado Springs, you can enjoy animals of every variety at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, with a distinctive mountainside setting at an elevation of 6,714 feet (10 minutes).
When you’re ready to trade your hiking boots for something more polished, venture into downtown Colorado Springs (5 minutes) or historic Old Colorado City (9 minutes) for museums, theaters, art galleries, and unique shopping, as well as award-winning food and beverage hot spots. Even closer to home, you may enjoy a visit to the Ivywild School, a converted 1916 school building that houses a brewery, craft whiskey distillery, and events center (3 minutes).
This inviting home is 19 minutes from Colorado Springs Airport, 14 minutes from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and 21 minutes from Peterson Air Force Base.
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
-Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
-Living room fireplace is ornamental only so there are no fires allowed.
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!
Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests:
- NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop.
- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
- Late check-outs (12pm) are available if there is no back-to-back booking, at $25 per hour.
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early.

Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. Nice location and spacious home. Would stay again. Hoste was responsive quickly, but forgetful. My only recommendation is that they sort out the trash issue. There's 4 bins outside, 1 for recycling, 1 seems to be for garden waste, but those are never collected and kept emitting a very bad smell. I'd advise they go and have it sorted once and for all.
