Located just south of Downtown, this neighborhood presents established homes, many from the turn of the 20th century, in the process of transition. Some parts are gorgeous, others are rougher around the edges, but what is UNEQUIVOCAL is the energy of this neighborhood. Some of the finest, trendiest dining establishments in Colorado Springs are just a block or two away. Be sure to check out Shuga's for a wholly authentic, bohemian-chic. Streetcar 520, Dos Santos, Coquettes are all award-winning restaurants. Although there are exceptional entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities within walking distance to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. Their are also scooters that can be used all around the downtown area. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

* Garbage bins are located in the back alley. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* White Honeywell Thermostat controls the baseboard heating is a backup only. Please leave at 55 degrees.
* The Heat/AC temperature is controlled off of the Mini Split on the living room wall. Please use the remote to control the settings and temperature of the home.
*We appreciate your understanding about the house next door which, while somewhat run-down, appears to be unoccupied. Despite its outward appearance, it doesn't detract from the comfort and tranquility of our home.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely renovated. And the kitchen was spacious.
Similar to some other reviews, please note the walls, floors and ceilings are VERY thin. I arrived and checked in late night. I was traveling solo and dead tired. Getting in was easy but after walking in, across the apartment to the bedroom, the downstairs neighbor started banging on their ceiling; assuming they could very clearly hear my footsteps and roller bag. I could also hear neighbors talking and tvs on at normal levels through the walls and floor. Generally people were more quiet at night which was good.
That being said the host is super communicative. When the doorknob fell off I was able to put it back on, I let him know and maintenance was there the next morning. This place is great if you’re looking for a comfortable bed and will be out all day. Nicole

I’m a repeat guest! Absolutely love the place. Felt right at home and host has EVERYTHING. Great location, felt very safe and secure. Plan to return AGAIN soon! I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful appartment! A

Spacious and comfortable
The condo was spacious and well maintained. The hosts keep it well maintained. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the sound of trains, sirens and upstairs neighbors kept me awake. Otherwise it was great!Thank you
