Enter through the front door with an attached storm door for extra security and find yourself in the light and bright living room. The space blends contemporary style with cozy furnishings, including two cushioned couches with plenty of pillows and matching coffee and side tables. Tons of natural light seep through the big windows but the convenient shades provide privacy. Though the flat screen is mounted, the tv stand provides storage for the console, books, remotes, and any other items you want within reach. Stunning Colorado wall art, matching lamps, and an elegant rug complete the living room. Follow the stunning wood floors into the dining room where your best meals are waiting to be had. The round dining table has four matching chairs and is seated in front of another huge window. You can even use this space as an additional office space. Connected to the dining room is the kitchen, creating an easy flow from one room to the other. The kitchen has plenty of storage and tons of cabinet space. Everything you could need to make any-sized meal is available at your fingertips! Fully stocked with pots and pans, a coffee maker, tea kettle, spices and herbs, and sufficient utensils and dinnerware. Everything you need to cook however much (or little) as you desire. Down the hall from the kitchen leads to bedrooms 1 and 2 on the main floor. The 1st bedroom is furnished with all the essentials; a queen size bed, matching bedside tables, a dresser, hamper, and large rug. Plush bedding and enough pillows for you to have the ultimate sleep are provided, along with fresh linens and clean towels. No need to live out of your suitcase when there’s a nice-sized closet with hangers to hold all your garmets and personal items. Also on the same floor is the second bedroom, which has been transformed into an office space, perfect for remote work! Make use of the desktop computer and Canon printer, or bring your own tech to connect to the ultra-fast wifi. Create an additional study/office space with the smaller desk, chair, and whiteboard hanging above on the wall. The shared bathroom on the main floor is tidy, white, and serene. It has a small vanity and tiled flooring and walls, creating a space that is understated yet refined. The shower/tub combo offers guests the opportunity to take a quick rinse or a relaxing soak. Soaps, towels, and cleaning supplies are provided along with the option to keep your own toiletries under the sink or in the large storage cabinet. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
