This charming home will steal your heart at first sight. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom mountain home was built in 2023 in Florissant. Nestled among pine trees, it features two King beds and one Queen bed (all Nectar brand), a gas fireplace, a back patio, and a covered deck with a grill and seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Relax on the back patio surrounded by pine trees or unwind in the hot tub.
The space
Welcome to our single-level three-bedroom house, the perfect retreat for your stay! As you walk into the house, you will be greeted by a wonderful open concept living space. Large windows provide ample natural light. A large and comfortable sectional couch will allow you to gather around the fireplace and the large Roku Smart TV mounted above.
For your meals, snacks and drinks, you will have the choice of sitting at the table or at the gorgeous 9-foot island. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a gas cooking stove as well as stainless steel appliances. The high end cabinetry and the leathered finish granite countertops complete this luxury mountain style living picture.
The master bedroom offers a serene escape with an ensuite bathroom and a sumptuous king bed. The second bedroom features a spacious king bed, a wonderful color scheme and the best view of the treed back yard. The third bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed and an artful and elegant décor. All bedrooms have their own Roku Smart TV and a remote controlled ceiling fan and lights.
Accessing the home is a breeze. The main community paved road takes you almost all the way to the house, only 3 min away from the Teller County Rd 1. The property boasts ample parking space for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Pamper yourself in the luxurious hot tub, unwind on the balcony with a BBQ and seating area, and take advantage of the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Guest access
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.
Other things to note
~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest.
~No smoking. A $1,000 fine will be charged for smoking inside the property.
Damage Protection:
We require a refundable hold of $1,000 on your card for damages (released after checkout), OR you can opt out by purchasing damage waiver coverage for a $65 non-refundable fee.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
Guests must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted before check-in.
Dog Policy:
This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of future guests by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins.
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $75 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs. All dogs must be approved before check-in. Dogs must never be left unattended in the house due to previous instances of prolonged barking and neighbor complaints. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Fire Safety:
NO SMOKING inside the property.
Wood-burning fireplaces and open fires are prohibited for safety reasons. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect the surrounding environment.
Wildlife and Trash Disposal:
This property is located in bear country. During bear season, the outdoor trash can must remain securely tied to a tree to prevent wildlife from accessing it and scattering trash around the property.
Every Friday morning, guests must roll the trash can to the street before 8:00 AM for scheduled pickup. Once emptied, the trash can must be returned to its designated location and securely tied back to the tree.
Please keep all trash secured in the bins and never leave trash outside overnight due to active wildlife in the surrounding area.
If guests do not follow the trash pickup instructions posted on the refrigerator and the container is not collected on Friday morning, they may be charged the $99 Apex return-trip fee.
