Welcome to our inviting space in Colorado Springs! This cozy house features three bedrooms, each offering a comfortable retreat for guests. The master bedroom boasts bedside lamps and a plush queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In the second bedroom, you'll find a double bed, dresser, nightstand, bedside lamps, and a closet for your convenience. The third bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed, perfect for additional guests or family members. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for your culinary adventures, and the living room is equipped with a 49" Smart TV for entertainment. Parking is available for up to two cars on the street. The full bathroom comes stocked with towels and soaps, while the in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience to your stay. We're also happy to welcome your furry friends, as our property is dog-friendly. This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Portable AC units - best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
