We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Scottsdale/PHX Valley area. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
House Rules Required
POOL HEATING REQUESTS: A Pool Heating Fee of $55 per night will be applied to your reservation if you request pool heating. The hot tub will be heated between 10 AM and 10 PM. Please let us know if you would like it heated outside of those hours.
AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.
NO SMOKING inside.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog/week). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

The house was terrific, and the backyard was really neat except we did not get clear instructions and were unable to use the hot tub and the fire pit until the last day which is the only reason I haven’t given them a solid five star. The kitchen was furnished well with all necessary, dishes and utensils. It was also very clean.Show more This house was incredible. It was stocked with everything we needed - clean towels, extra pillows and blankets, paper products. The outside area was spacious and the pool and hot tub were both fantastic.
