It`s within 5 minutes from the main downtown strip, 7 minutes from Old Colorado City strip, and 10 minutes from The Garden of The Gods. Located just a few blocks southeast of Downtown Colorado Springs, this home is a short drive, bike or even walk away from eastern Downtown where plenty of quirky dive bars (the Zodiac), and art galleries (The Cottonwood Center for the Arts) reside. Just a few blocks west of this area is the main Tejon St entertainment district, with plenty of great restaurants, bars, shops and nightclubs exist in weekend bliss. Also close to this home is Memorial Park, featuring large open green spaces and Prospect Lake, where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks and the like from the historic boat house. The home is centrally located to all the larger attractions for visitors and is approximately 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak (20 mins) and the United States Air Force Academy (25 mins).
Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located within walking distance from this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.

*AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by Hoste before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like soap, toilet paper etc.
*Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals.

Philip was a great host and was very accommodating to our feedback. The location was fantastic and the neighbor had a beautiful friendly dog that was totally in it for the scritches. We did find the shower was a little tight for 1 person but, over all it was definitely a peaceful place to stay between hikes and other events.Show more Jacob
