Plenty of space in this quaint apartment. Their is ample parking, a large private balcony, vaulted ceilings, and a stocked kitchen for your cooking needs!
This studio style loft is in a four-unit building and has been updated to modern perfection.
ENTRY
From the front door you'll access the interior hallway and arrive at your private unit.
LIVING ROOM
Inside you'll find a welcoming and high end style space with a large TV, sitting area, and spiral staircase leading up to the unit's single loft with a comfortable queen bed to relax in.
Please note that spiral staircase is narrow and not recommended if you have mobility issues.
Loft ceiling is about 5'5". We've had guests taller stay with us who were fine with the ceiling height, but others wish they would've known so now you know.
KITCHEN & BATH
The kitchen is fully functional and ready for your culinary creations. The bathroom is clean and bright with abundant white tile and a tub straight of central casting. Take a look at the pics (they'll speak for themselves), ask us any questions, and BOOK TODAY!

Located just south of Downtown, this neighborhood presents established homes, many from the turn of the 20th century, in the process of transition. Some parts are gorgeous, others are rougher around the edges, but what is UNEQUIVOCAL is the energy of this neighborhood. Some of the finest, trendiest dining establishments in Colorado Springs are just a block or two away. Be sure to check out Shuga's for a wholly authentic, bohemian-chic. Streetcar 520, Dos Santos, Coquettes are all award-winning restaurants. There are cafes (The Exchange), breweries (Gold Camp Brewing Company), old-school-cool Italian places (Luigis) and plenty of additional opportunities if you're willing to walk 4 or 5 blocks, instead of 2! All of the more well-known Colorado Springs attractions, places like Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, the Broadmoor, the Air Force Academy—are easily accessible, and some just minutes away from the main roads and the Interstate right down the road. Although there are exceptional entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities within walking distance to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
ATTENTION:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
NO Dog Policy This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
- No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;
* Garbage bins are located in the back alley. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* White Honeywell Thermostat is for the baseboard heating and is a backup only. Please leave at 55 degrees.
* The Heat/AC temperature is controlled off of the Mini Split on the living room wall. Please use the remote to control the wall unit.
* Although the spiral staircase meets standard dimension requirements, it may be narrow for some.
*We appreciate your understanding about the house next door which, while somewhat run-down, appears to be unoccupied. Despite its outward appearance, it doesn't detract from the comfort and tranquility of our home.
* Washer and Dryer are in common area in lower level of home.

-We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge. Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early for an early check-in or the day before your departure for a late check-out.

Very nice for a weekend trip! Place was clean and modern. Apartments are NOT sound proof (was woken up around 5 am from the neighbors). Also, water got cold pretty quickly, so take quick showers in the winter.Show more Matthew
