Philips’s listing was extremely cozy and just as pictured. The treehouse was right next to another tiny home rental, which was definitely in eyesight but still felt very secluded. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all amenities were just as listed. I would definitely recommend

The house was great. It had stunning views. The a/c was a nice bonus we didn't realize was  an offered amenity. The house had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to any questions.  We will definitely consider this home for any future travels to the area.

We needed a last minute accommodation after an extremely stressful first 48 hours of a long weekend. Philip’s house was available and it was a godsend. Perfect location. Beautifully appointed. Hot tub under twinkly lights.. fire pit under the trees.. corn hole on Labor Day. It was exactly what we needed to turn around a train wreck of a weekend. Highly recommend!

The place was perfect for our extended family of 6 adults. The indoor game room and gym and the outdoor seating area met all of our leisure needs. The kitchen and dining area allowed us to make our meals at home and save on restaurants. It was nicely located for our needs and easy to get in and out. We would definitely return.

The treehouse was beautiful and even though there was a TV, even the kids never felt inclined to turn it on. Even with four kiddos it was peaceful and relaxing.

Great house to stay at for a family trip. The view the mountains was my favorite. Very spacious and and greatly decorated. Loved the jacuzzi and the fire pit. Would definitely consider staying at this home ever time I go to Colorado.

Philip's place was clean, modern, and had beautiful views of the city and mountains from the roof top patio. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.

My husband is like a bloodhound and never gets lost. He wanted to try to get back to the cabin without using GPS on our last night. 😅 Let’s just say it took over two hours to get home from Woodland Park, which is normally a 20 minute drive.

When we arrived, the space was clean. The whole house had clear instructions. Great place to stay for all the attractions we had planned.

The hosts were polite and responded quickly. The parking is in an alley behind the house, which was a bit confusing and a bit awkward hauling luggage thru the backyard but it was fine. There were two doors with code locks on them and it was unclear which to use. The door closest to the front of the house had an alarm that would randomly go off and then stop on its own. Could only really get one tv to work fully so that was unfortunate. The place says dog friendly but neither the front or back yard were fenced in so if you do have a dog, you cannot let them out freely. Other than that it was a nice stay for what we needed.

This location was amazing to have our team members live in during a long team contract job in the area. They stayed during the summer months and loved the lake and fishing options available. The location was great and not too far from CO Springs downtown. The group loved the house and everything it had to offer. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a great stay here! The neighborhood was quiet and had a good backyard for our dog to run. It was a quick drive to downtown as well as Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. The inside was beautiful and had clean appliances and areas. I wish the yard would have been more cleaned up, there was clutter throughout and the grass was too long to walk through.

Great stay! Just like the pictures and description. Very quiet and excellent location in a safe neighborhood with tons to do within walking distance. There was even a huge farmer's market on Saturday! The host was very friendly and responsive.

Philip was very responsive which made for a positive experience. He was polite and on top of any questions or concerns I had. A day after we got we there found out the propane tanks for the fire pit and grill were empty.  I felt there was too much back and forth what his management team was claiming versus what I was saying about the propane tanks. Still rate 5-stars because Philip was working to try and resolve the issue. It was a short stay so there wasn’t enough time to get the propane tanks to us before we left. All in all, we would definitely stay here again! The kids had a blast, they loved the game room. The dogs enjoyed the space to run. It was nice and private with no houses to be seen. Making this a pleasant experience for the adults too!

Such a steal. And unlike so many places, this felt so much like a HOME away from home.  COMFORTABLE, warm, so cozy. I loved it here.

We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was centrally located to the major tourist attractions we were interested in seeing. Our boys enjoyed the entertainment options in the basement and we all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. I enjoyed reading my book on the rocking chairs on the front porch with a view of the mountains. A deer even joined me one morning. We recommend staying here!

The Barracks was a cozy little cabin hidden in the black forest. Loved the time we were there had deer walk really close to the house and little rabit that was always close to the house. I definitely would recommend this cabin to anyone there is also lots of options if you want to get out and hike or even ride horses

We had a wonderful time at The Barracks! If we were back in the area I'd definitely stay again.  The deck was such a nice place to sit and relax, and we saw some beautiful birds and a mule deer as well!  The living room was a comfy place to sit and watch TV, and the kitchen was small but so pretty, and perfectly equipped with what we needed. We were about a 25 minute drive from the Garden of the Gods. If you go, check out Kairos Coffee House--great food and a fun atmosphere!

Notes - the mattress is a 7-8 on a 1-10 scale of firmness, and the sheets were so soft. You may want to bring your own pillow, as there wasn't much variety in the pillows provided.

Quaint place in the woods. Nice to have a small washer and dryer plus a deck to sit on. It does share a property lot with a homeowner. The wifi was spotty and no Verizon cell reception what so ever. This is a place to escape into natural beauty, not a business catch up retreat. Saw a few deer right outside the window. Ubers and Lyfts don’t really exist so rent a car if you’ve flown here.

Jennifer's place was great!  I was working in the area, it was very accommodating with the drive to and from. The cabin was clean and organized upon arrival. Had pretty much very thing you needed for a long or short stay. Very quite even with the kids out playing, never knew they was out and about. Cant forget about the wildlife that comes through the yard, it was nice to just sit back and observe. If I'm ever in the area again I will be looking for open dates.
