Stay cool in summer months with air conditioning and fans. The space This 3 bedroom unit is part of a larger property with other short-term rental units hosting guests. Located in a neighborhood built around the turn of the 20th century, this home has been fully updated with modern appointments and design. If you have mobility issues, do note the floors change in elevation, which most people are perfectly okay with. The bedrooms are all arranged around the kitchen thoughtfully. The master features a large, comfortable king size bed along with a private, master bathroom. An additional bedroom features a queen bed, and a third and final bedroom offers a smaller double. There is a full, private laundry available to guests in a separate mudroom. This property isn`t flashy or extravagant, but it is clean, updated, practical, functional and laid-out well…exceptional, perhaps, in its ability to get the job done (which means providing guests with a great place to stay at a reasonable price!). Perfect for traveling friends, couples, or families with kids! To give you peace of mind, we have a 5 star cleaning team that keeps this home immaculately clean and disinfected (especially high-touch areas) so you can enjoy your stay and feel safe. Philip's place was very clean and accurately depicted. The house was in a great location near the Colorado College campus. Hardwood floors in living and dining room were a nice feature. Fenced in back yard was great for my dog. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed my stay!

Great price for the location! Overall very comfortable and well set up. Within walking distance to Colorado College, restaurants, and more. Beds were clean and comfy and we appreciated the well appointed kitchen and coffee. Philip was responsive and kind when we didn’t read the instructions carefully enough and needed help with the lock (which was easy to use). Smooth check in, and the checkout was refreshingly simple and quick! <br/>It’s an older house so a few minor issues that go along with that- like a slight smell of smoke. We tried to ventilate by opening a windows that had a screen, and that helped. I think air purifiers in the rooms would minimize it. <br/>A few small maintenance things like an electrical malfunction with a light, but none that were emergent or required immediate attention, and Philip was receptive when we notified him and said he would take care of them when we left.<br/>It was workable for us, still totally worth the fair price, convenient location, and comfort.

This spot was in a great location, and the home was exactly as described. It’s nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed. The daily hot tub was such a treat, and Philip along with his team of handymen were incredibly responsive anytime we needed something, they took care of it quickly. We needed a lightbulb replaced and our key code was acting funky. <br/>We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches: spices in the kitchen, coffee and creamer, plenty of towels for both the hot tub and showers, and a well-stocked set of pots and pans. It was the perfect fit for our little family as we prepared for our PCS. We even rented scooters and enjoyed checking out the local museums.
