This 3 bedroom unit is part of a larger property with other short-term rental units hosting guests. Located in a neighborhood built around the turn of the 20th century, this home has been fully updated with modern appointments and design. If you have mobility issues, do note the floors change in elevation, which most people are perfectly okay with.
The bedrooms are all arranged around the kitchen thoughtfully. The master features a large, comfortable king size bed along with a private, master bathroom. An additional bedroom features a queen bed, and a third and final bedroom offers a smaller double. There is a full, private laundry available to guests in a separate mudroom. This property isn`t flashy or extravagant, but it is clean, updated, practical, functional and laid-out well…exceptional, perhaps, in its ability to get the job done (which means providing guests with a great place to stay at a reasonable price!).

Located just north of downtown Colorado Springs, this neighborhood was built around the turn of the 20th century and features mature, tree-lined streets serving handsome, transitioning homes. The home is also just a few blocks from Colorado College, a prestigious liberal arts school and many of the homes in the surrounding area cater to students. Just a short walk or bike ride away is some great dining, eating and shopping…especially toward the north end of downtown around the intersections of Tejon and Boulder Streets. Try the Odyssey Gastropub, Rasta Pasta or Rico`s for exceptional eats, or Supernova for an energetic drink or two. For a truly memorable cocktail, try Brooklyn`s on Boulder, serving creatively crafted drinks made exclusively from locally distilled gin. Regardless of your tastes, you`ll find something to enjoy in this neighborhood. And of course, the best and most well-known attractions like Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor and Manitou Springs are all just about 10 away by car.
Although there are restaurants, bars, cafes and parks accessible by foot or bike from this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.

We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

*Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals.

* Just a quick note about the washer: to help avoid water splashing onto the floor, please don’t fill the tub more than 2/3 full. Overloading the washer can cause occasional leaks during the cycle.

Great price for the location! Overall very comfortable and well set up. Within walking distance to Colorado College, restaurants, and more. Beds were clean and comfy and we appreciated the well appointed kitchen and coffee. Philip was responsive and kind when we didn’t read the instructions carefully enough and needed help with the lock (which was easy to use). Smooth check in, and the checkout was refreshingly simple and quick! <br/>It’s an older house so a few minor issues that go along with that- like a slight smell of smoke. We tried to ventilate by opening a windows that had a screen, and that helped. I think air purifiers in the rooms would minimize it. <br/>A few small maintenance things like an electrical malfunction with a light, but none that were emergent or required immediate attention, and Philip was receptive when we notified him and said he would take care of them when we left.<br/>It was workable for us, still totally worth the fair price, convenient location, and comfort. This spot was in a great location, and the home was exactly as described. It’s nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed. The daily hot tub was such a treat, and Philip along with his team of handymen were incredibly responsive anytime we needed something, they took care of it quickly. We needed a lightbulb replaced and our key code was acting funky. <br/>We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches: spices in the kitchen, coffee and creamer, plenty of towels for both the hot tub and showers, and a well-stocked set of pots and pans. It was the perfect fit for our little family as we prepared for our PCS. We even rented scooters and enjoyed checking out the local museums. J
