The space
This 3 bedroom unit is part of a larger property with other short-term rental units hosting guests. Located in a neighborhood built around the turn of the 20th century, this home has been fully updated with modern appointments and design. If you have mobility issues, do note the floors change in elevation, which most people are perfectly okay with.
The bedrooms are all arranged around the kitchen thoughtfully. The master features a large, comfortable king size bed along with a private, master bathroom. An additional bedroom features a queen bed, and a third and final bedroom offers a smaller double. There is a full, private laundry available to guests in a separate mudroom. This property isn`t flashy or extravagant, but it is clean, updated, practical, functional and laid-out well…exceptional, perhaps, in its ability to get the job done (which means providing guests with a great place to stay at a reasonable price!).

ATTENTION:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like soap, toilet paper etc.
*Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals.
* No pets other than dogs allowed - we are sorry!;
* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;
* Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!;
* Property has security cameras

-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

Clean and in a convenient area
Everything was clean and there was great communication. We wanted a place with a hot tub and they have extra towels to use for the hot tub which was nice. They even allowed us to have a late checkout since they didn't have a booking that night. Show more Geoffrey Slagle

adequate lodging
The description of the property is accurate. The location is good, and the house has lots of space and is very bright and cheerful because of the many windows. It was mostly clean when we checked in, though there were dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets and some of the towels had faint stains. The beds were comfortable. Our only real issue was that the property manager (Hoste) has some quite unfriendly signs in the house that certainly didn't make us feel welcome. One of the signs threatens to dock guests large amounts of money if they leave makeup or blood stains on any of the towels. I don't think we would have noticed the faint stains on a few of the towels if it hadn't been for this sign.Show more Anonymous

House was not cleaned
Prior guests bedding & wet towels still in house. Check in was at 4. We got there at 6:30. There was no reason for it not to be cleaned. On the flip side however, Hoste was able to get a mother daughter cleaning crew over at 7:30 pm and they were done by 9:00 pm. They did a good job. It was disappointing to walk into a dirty house.Show more
