This immaculate 3 bedroom home has been renovated, designed, and maintained to vacation rental perfection! Plenty of places will claim "appeal" but this home has a special kind of enticing charm that you can feel in your bones and breathe in the air.
Normally this is where we talk about the insides (wait a minute, we'll get to that!) but first the outside, the cover of this glorious book!
The outdoor space is exceptional (Fire-pit) and the inside, the heart, has been created with care & quality. Take a look, this one speaks for itself!!!! Verdant in the summer, inviting even in the winter, colorful, well-designed, spacious—the yard of this home is practically perfect, and a real creation in landscape (do we dare say…architecture?). The patio features a luxurious hot tub, quality outdoor furniture, a handsome modern fire-table, a pretty pergola, outdoor-dining for 6 and a gas grill just waiting for your BBQ under a Colorado sky. The porch, with its comfortable swing, seems a product of a simpler, slower time and sets the tone for the rest of the home: comfortable, restful, relaxing, quality, inviting charm and design.
Inside the spaces are open, warm and bright; outfitted and appointed with items of a higher quality than the typical vacation rental, this home will please even the most discriminating eyes. The surfaces are hardwood, granite and stainless steel. The lighting is modern. The windows are expansive and new. The décor is welcoming and colorful, but all in a tasteful nod to respectful subtlety. Enter through the front of the house and into the main living room featuring all the necessary comforts of home including a smart TV, plenty of seating, and a work desk with high speed WiFi for traveling business professionals . The dining room is adjacent with formal seating for six. The kitchen, fully functional and ready for your culinary creations, is just adjacent to this. Beyond is a full laundry for guest use, and a full bath as well. Upstairs are the three bedrooms. The master features a voluminous king bed, while the second bedroom offers queen comfort. The third room offers dual doubles. The bathroom upstairs is spacious, modern and clean. Everything here is laundered professionally and the attention to detail shines as white as the linens. New AC was installed earlier this year to cool down the home on hot days.
While there's plenty of hyperbole in listing descriptions these days, we know we run the risk of sounding a bit cliché but really, truly, madly, deeply this place is the real deal; the true-blue, the kit-and-caboodle. The whole home is completely private to you. There is parking on the street in front of the house. Parking on south side of street (against the front of the home) is encouraged, but back alley access is available if needed! Access is with a door code and it will be provided to you once you book your stay.

Just a few blocks from Downtown Colorado Springs and one block from the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind, this neighborhood features turn of the century (19th/20th) homes in the process of transition. The streets are lined with mature trees and the yards are frequently green. The almost-suburban feel is juxtaposed with the exceptional access (walking and biking distance) to the best that Downtown has to offer, including restaurants, bars, music venues, breweries, craft distilleries, art galleries, shops and more. Equidistant is Memorial Park, the city's largest urban park, featuring athletic fields, an ice-rink, a skate-park and Prospect Lake, with kayaking and power-boating options to explore. All the best (well-known) attractions for visitors to the Pikes Peak region are relatively close too … with places such as Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, the Broadmoor and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo all less than 15 mins away by car — It's a great, central location for anyone wanting to explore or equally, to relax. Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, craft breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities within walking distance or biking distance to this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
ATTENTION:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
** This is NOT a pet-friendly property and the owner of the home has very severe allergies to dogs. If you have a service, support animal, please reach out to us for other properties that would be more suited for pets and safe for the home owner.
Please be aware the owner or a gardener may stop by the property any morning! They will not enter the home but simply water/take care of the yard. We wouldn't want you to be alarmed!
AC: New AC was installed earlier this year and all windows in the house must be closed during the day while the unit is running. The AC is not operational for the winter months.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
*This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
* NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Please be respectful to the neighbors - quiet hours are 10pm - 7am;
* Please make sure that the fire pit is cool before you put the cover on.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. He was extremely responsive, kind and understanding. We had a small maintenance issue upon arrival, but it was immediately taken care of and he made sure we were taken care of.
The place itself was awesome! We loved the hot tub, kitchen amenities (full stock of pots, pans and utensils), welcoming living room and the bedrooms were just what we needed.
