This is an apartment with a shared entryway. Your unit will be completely private to you. No access to patios from this unit. Only front porch.

- AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
🐶 NO Dog Policy This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
- No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors
- Washer and Dryer are located in common area space on lower level of home.

* Garbage bins are located in the back alley. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* White Honeywell Thermostat controls the baseboard heating and is a backup only. Please leave at 55 degrees.
* The Heat/AC temperature is controlled off of the Mini Split on the living room wall. Please use the remote to control this and the temperature of the home!
**We appreciate your understanding about the house next door which, while somewhat run-down, appears to be unoccupied. Despite its outward appearance, it doesn't detract from the comfort and tranquility of our home.

-We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge. Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early for an early check-in or the day before your departure for a late check-out.
