This adorable 2-BDRM, 2-bath home is in a PHENOMENAL location, and that’s almost a shame. With so much to do in the area, you’ll hardly find time to spend in it! You’re under 20 minutes from most of the region’s popular attractions, and moments from plentiful shopping & casual dining on Highway 115.
The space
One word this home brings to mind, both inside and out, is “happy.” Painted in upbeat blue and white, this contemporary duplex is nestled in the bend of a sweeping curved driveway with plenty of room for parking. Four short steps ascend to the front door, and inside, you’ll see that this is a split-level property with short flights of stairs leading up and down.
First, let’s explore the upper level. You’ll first be welcomed into a bright, cozy living room with a corner decorative ONLY fireplace (out of order), big TV, and a 3-seater sofa with built-in chase. Perfect for unwinding in the evening! This room also includes a desk and chair in case you need a work surface.
A wide doorway leads into a homey eat-in kitchen with a sliding glass door leading to a deck with a grill and outdoor seating for two – great for alfresco meals, a quiet cup of morning coffee, or a breath of fresh night air with a mug of hot cocoa before bedtime. The kitchen includes a dining table for four and a well-equipped cooking area with everything you’ll need for easy meal prep at home: a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, full-size range, coffee machine, tea kettle, cooking utensils, and plenty of cabinets.
Venturing downstairs to the ground level, you’ll find two pleasantly decorated bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king and large closets. The king size bedroom has its own TV. A full, contemporary bath on this level includes a shower/tub combo, a spacious vanity sink, and a wall-mounted hair dryer. In the common area, you’ll find a stacked washer and dryer to make life easier.

Guest access
We will send you detailed instructions no less than 48 hours prior to your arrival after you complete our verification portal. You will have privacy and access to the entire house using your special code given upon booking. Front door has a digital smart lock.
Other things to note
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
-Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
-Living room fireplace is ornamental only so there are no fires allowed.
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!
Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests:
- NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop.
- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
- Late check-outs (12pm) are available if there is no back-to-back booking, at $25 per hour.
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early.

Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity.
