The space

A convenient driveway sweeps right up to the building’s entrance with a wide, protective overhang to keep you dry and presentable in wet weather – a perfect place for unloading luggage and gear on arrival. Keypad entry and cameras help you feel secure.
Your personal Colorado Springs haven is just an elevator ride away. As you step inside your studio, you’ll be greeted by energizing daylight flooding through an entire wall of windows overlooking the city and miles of rustic landscape beyond. A sliding door leads to a spacious patio furnished with a table and two chairs where you can admire the view in the fresh air and even enjoy a meal “al fresco.” When you want privacy, simply pull the blinds.
The living space has been efficiently organized, providing you with the day-to-day comforts you require in a compact space that feels spacious and uncluttered. In one corner, you’ll find your sleeping area, with a queen-size bed, night table, and dresser. You also have the option of sitting in a plush loveseat with a coffee table – your mini-living room. Both the sofa and bed enjoy a direct view of the large wall-mounted TV. In exceptionally warm weather, you’ll appreciate the air conditioning!
One wall is dominated by an attractive, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and cabinets, and full-size appliances for easy home cooking. Enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher, microwave, full-size range, and refrigerator/freezer, plus a coffee maker, and even a set of chef’s knives. We want you to feel at home!
The bathroom provides a combination tub/shower as well as a granite-top vanity with storage below.
Just inside the entrance to the apartment, you’ll find a closet with hangers for keeping your wardrobe neat, plus shelving for small items.

Guest access
We will send you detailed instructions no less than 48 hours prior to your arrival after you complete our verification portal. You will have privacy and access to the entire house using your special code given upon booking. Front door has a digital smart lock.
Other things to note
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
-Although we do not have central AC there is a window unit to keep the home cool during the summer months. The radiant heat baseboards also keep the home warm and comfortable.
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!

- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early.
