The massive kitchen wraps around from the dining nook to seamlessly join the living room for a show-stopping, open concept space. The formal dining nook provides a table for 6 with a convenient wine station lining the back wall, incorporating a wine rack, wine refrigerator, glassware cabinet, and countertop. Cheers, everyone! Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
