The main entrance of the home welcomes you into the main level of this two-story home. A corridor leads into the spacious, breathtaking open-concept living space incorporating a sitting area, dining nook, and kitchen beneath a vaulted ceiling.
The sitting area is lit by a large double window with a spectacular mountain view. A corner gas fireplace gives the space a cozy feel. Watch the wall-mounted Smart TV from the plush sofa and armchair in elegant peacock blue.
The dining nook provides a table for 6 beside a sliding glass door that leads to a large deck with a grill and a cluster of upscale, cushioned outdoor furniture. The view from here will knock your socks off! The deck is at the rear of the house, with a staircase leading down to the backyard at ground level. This home is built into a slope, so your front door opens into the main level, with an additional floor below that’s even with ground level at the rear of the property.
The kitchen features a large breakfast bar/island with three stools facing the cooking center of the kitchen. You’ll find plenty of work surface on the granite-topped island and counter and abundant cabinetry. There is a fantastic work space desk nook next to the dining table!

Every bedroom has its own TV. A bedroom on the entry level of the home features a queen-size bed with a dresser and closet. There are two bedrooms on the lower level of the home: one with a king-size bed, a dresser and an easy chair; the other with two twin beds and a walk-in closet.
In addition to the private bath in the primary suite, there are two full bathrooms in the home, each with a generous-sized vanity and a combination tub/shower.
The lower level of the home is a space that encourages togetherness, with a family room dominated by a HUGE, cuddly U-shaped sofa with a matching ottoman facing a wall-mounted TV – perfect for family movie nights. Behind the sofa, you’ll find a handsome pool table, plus a counter-height snack table with three stools. Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, garage, and fenced backyard.
Guests can park in the 3 car garage or 2 cars in the driveway. There is very limited street parking and we do not recommend street parking in this neighborhood to respect our lovely neighbors. There is an electric vehicle charger in the garage for Tesla models. We do not have any charger adapters available. However, if you drive another type of electric vehicle and have a compatible charger adapter with you, you may still use the charger.
Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

📢 Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
