Parking
4 to 5 cars in the driveway. Street parking is acceptable but not preferred to be considerate of neighbors. The driveway is 40ft long x 35ft wide. RV could park in the driveway but no hookup. One garage parking spot is accessible.
Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.
Other things to note
POOL HEATING REQUESTS:
A Pool Heating Fee of $50 per day (up to a maximum of $350) will be applied to your reservation if you request pool heating. This fee covers the entire length of your stay and cannot be prorated or applied to select days.
House Rules:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
NO SMOKING inside or game garage. This includes tobacco and marijuana.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Indoor fireplace is off limits. No uncontained outdoor fires. Outdoor Propane firepit only!
-Please do not remove the pool vacuum from the pool.
-No Glass by pool

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 74 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 74 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it.

1. Ring Doorbell Camera on the front door. It is on and operating.
2. Driveway Floodlight Camera is above the garage. It is on and operating.
This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
