Walking straight ahead, you’ll find yourself in an open living space that incorporates both a sitting and dining area. The sitting area is bathed in natural light from a set of sliding glass doors that lead to a fresh-air balcony. Gather around and watch TV on the loveseat, upholstered chair, or 3-seater sofa with a built-in chaise that expands for extra sleeping – great for visitors! The TV stand is loaded with family-friendly games that are yours to enjoy on the circular coffee table sitting at the heart of the space. Behind the sofa, a dining table for 6 has a direct view into the kitchen through a wide, open doorway. The kitchen has great flow and provides ample workspace with both a traditional countertop and an oversized island/breakfast bar with seating for 3. The kitchen sink is embedded into the island top with a dishwasher below. Indulge your love of cooking and baking with a collection of small specialty appliances that include a slow cooker, hand mixer, toaster, blender, and coffee maker.
