Located on a quiet, suburban street in a nice neighborhood in north-central Colorado Springs, this home is inviting and comfortable. You’ll enter through the front door after parking in the driveway and immediately you’ll be presented with a modern, open, airy space decorated attractively and with care. The living room is large and centered around the gas fireplace. Comfortable sofas provide plenty of opportunity to relax, step back, spend some quality time with your friends and family. There’s a desk and workspace here too with a window’s view, providing a great spot to get some work done here while watching the sunlight dance through the trees, or the snow fall.
The formal dining room presents a voluminous table with seating for 8 in an open space right next to the modern & efficient kitchen. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and quality cabinetry invite the chef in your group to prepare their next culinary masterpiece. You’ll notice, too, the beckoning door to the outdoor living space complete with Adirondack chairs and a welcoming, warming gas fire-pit. There’s plenty of space here for some time under a clear Colorado sky, plenty of space to toss a football or let the kids burn off some energy too.
Back inside, ascend the prominent staircase to 3 of the home’s 4 bedrooms, including the king-appointed master. With plenty of natural lighting, quality bedding, and a custom, modern private bath, the master is a stand-out! The bath features copious, quality tile, an illuminated mirror, spacious walk-in shower with room for two and a separate water closet. This is an exceptional location to wash the residue of fatigue from an adventurous day of exploration and fun. The two additional bedrooms on this floor offer queen-sized comfort and another, exceptional bathroom shared between them. Also on this floor is a full laundry on this floor for guest use.
One of the highlights of this home is the lower level, complete with an exceptionally comfortable and inviting den featuring a huge sectional (with a full pullout bed) and a foosball table for the young or young at heart. An additional bedroom on this level offers full-size comfort, and a third, stylishly-appointed bathroom for the perfect setup, slightly separate from the home’s other living areas.
Guests should note that the ground floor consists only of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Bathrooms and bedrooms are found in the finished basement and the upper level. Access to both require stairs. Guests with mobility challenges or are not used to walking up stairs should decide if this layout will be work for them.

We will send you detailed instructions no less than 48 hours prior to your arrival after you complete our verification portal. You will have privacy and access to the entire house using your special code given upon booking. Front door has a digital smart lock.
Other things to note
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
-Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out! Local channels are available via antenna.
Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests:
- NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop.
- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
NO Dog Policy This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

- We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge.
