This townhome is part of a recently-built neighborhood where the homes face onto a wide swath of shared lawn. The magazine-worthy interior will make the time you spend “at home” just as pleasurable as the hours you spend exploring the stunning natural environment and exhilarating activities offered in and around Colorado Springs. The homes here are a visual treat from the outside, masterfully designed to blend both contemporary and traditional architectural elements. A driveway and garage are located at the back of the home.
At the front of the home, a short flight of stairs leads to a deck just outside the front door, where a propane grill has been provided for dedicated grillmasters. Step inside and find yourself in an open concept living space resembling an HGTV transformation.
The sitting area is an inviting space, elegant but comfortably informal, with a 3-seater sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a deep, delicious armchair. A large wall-mounted Smart TV has been provided for everyone’s enjoyment.
At mealtimes, choose to dine at the stylish dining room table with upholstered chairs for four, or at the huge breakfast bar/kitchen island lined with four stools. The kitchen is a bright, gorgeous space with clean white cabinets and countertops. The substantial island incorporates a double-basin sink, dishwasher, and plentiful storage. At the top of the stairs, a dedicated office nook provides a spacious desk with cabinets and drawers, plus a monitor if needed. A chest-height wall allows you a view into the first-floor entryway below.
The laundry room is conveniently located on the second floor, providing a full-size washer and dryer.

🕓 Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
🔑 Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

📢 Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
