The space Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom house that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a queen-sized bed, providing a restful night's sleep for all. With two well-appointed bathrooms, convenience and privacy are assured during your stay. Our amenities include a relaxing hot tub for unwinding and a versatile game room stocked with books, table tennis, and a variety of board games for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring cookware essentials, modern appliances, and ample counter space. You'll have designated parking spots, and our property is RV friendly. The cozy living area is equipped with smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows or movies. We've designed our space to provide you with everything you need for a memorable vacation. We can't wait to host you! Guest access Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use. Guests have the option to park either in the driveway or across the street in a designated area that can comfortably accommodate approximately six cars. RV friendly. Early Check-in Requests We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm. Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. Type of Cooling for the Home Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
