Welcome to our spacious two-story house, where every detail is designed for your comfort and enjoyment. The master bedroom, located on the upper floor, is a cozy retreat featuring a comfortable queen bed, bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, and the added convenience of an en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a versatile space, furnished with a queen bed, a computer gaming chair, and a table. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, stocked with essential cookware. The living room is a welcoming haven with ample seating, a 65" Smart TV, and a fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Unwind or stay active in the family room, which includes an elliptical trainer machine. Need a dedicated workspace? The office is equipped with a table, ergonomic chair, printer, and a speaker for your convenience.
Parking is a breeze with a garage that accommodates two cars and space for an additional two cars in the driveway. A full bathroom, complete with towels and soaps, ensures convenience for all guests, and an in-unit washer and dryer add to the ease of your stay. Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.
This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
