The space
Enter through the front door and into the large, open living and dining room with formal seating for 10 (bumper pool table can be converted for additional dinning seating of up to 14) , and room for many more informally … at the recliners in front of the big TV, or the gaming table in the corner. The open, modern kitchen is adjacent, and just waiting for your culinary creations. Just below the kitchen is another living space complete with a warm, inviting gas fireplace and another big TV. Downstairs is yet another separate living room, with yet another big TV — along with a ping pong table and bedroom. The upper level of the home contains the other 3 bedrooms, including the masterful master with masterful master-bath.
Even more exceptional, perhaps, than the indoor living spaces, are the OUTDOOR ones. Featuring 2 separate walkouts … via the family room and kitchen … the 3-tiered deck/patio invites a true, Colorado outdoor-living and dining experience, all year round. Relax in the hot-tub. Sit comfortably around the gas fire pit. Grill a masterpiece. Watch the kids play in the expansive yard. Live, laugh, love it. This one has it all.

The whole home is completely private to you. There is parking in the garage, and plenty of on-street parking. Access is with a door code and it will be provided to you once you book your stay.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

1. There are four cameras: three positioned in the back along the fence line to capture activities in that area, and one in the front aimed toward the street.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
