The space
Welcome to our inviting space! Our home boasts five cozy bedrooms for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom features a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and a plush queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers a single bed and a ceiling fan for added comfort. In the third bedroom, you'll find a queen bed and a bunk bed, also equipped with a ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom provides a queen-sized bed, while the fifth bedroom offers two single beds. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, complete with cookware essentials. Relax in the spacious living room with ample seating and a 60" Smart TV, or unwind in the family room, furnished with another 60" Smart TV, ample seating, and a piano. Parking is a breeze with 3-4 spaces available in the driveway. Freshen up in the full bathroom, supplied with towels and soaps, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to the patio, equipped with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and dining area, perfect for enjoying Colorado's beautiful weather. The fully fenced garden backyard offers privacy and space for outdoor activities. We can't wait to host you in our delightful space!
Guest access
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Dear Valued Customer:
Due to the extreme Summer temperatures, we will be returning to our Summer schedule. Starting the week of June 3rd we will start our service routes at 5:00am which will allow us to reduce our exposure to the afternoon heat. Please make sure to have your trash cart out the night before or no later than 5:00am on your service day.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

1. Doorbell Camera on front door, Back porch and by the garage. They are operating when the house is not occupied.
This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
