The house is very conveniently located, easy to get into, clean, well stocked, had  with high-quality amenities, was quiet and relaxing for a nice little staycation with my family visiting from out of town. Extra towels, pillows, and cozy blankets were a big bonus especially with chilly weather this weekend. Stay at Phillip's place was great. The place was very clean, organized and well equipped. There was a snowstorm during my stay and it was very nice to see the sidewalk and driveway clean when I came back at the end of the day.

This place was my favorite Airbnb I had the pleasure of staying in. My trip kept being extended to allow for more time to fix up my jeep after I broke a few things off reading in the mountains. During the time spent waiting for parts and shop appointments, I stayed in about half a dozen separate Airbnbs in the Colorado Springs area, and due to all the listed amenities of this location, as well as the understanding host (who allowed me to first extend my stay, then still remained as professional as one could be when my friends overstayed checkout after I had left early to deal with my vehicle in town), for the reasons I’ve tried to describe above, I have to say this has been my favorite place to stay of all my Airbnb experiences in Colorado Springs, or anywhere else for that matter. Would definitely book again, can’t recommend enough.

This is a great place to stay, it's in a great quiet neighborhood. The location is central to everything, restaurants, outdoors, shopping. The host is very responsive if you need anything. The house is cute and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home. The fridge and washer and dryer are full size (not mini's). The backyard was great for my pups and a nice size for hanging out if you want to (it was to cold when I was there) However, I would have if it wasn't so cold it's nice and private. I can't say enough about this property. Thank you Philip!

This house is in a great location, surrounded by trees bordering an air base. The hot tub is one of the better ones that I’ve encountered at an Airbnb, with a great view of the night sky. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and features a large island countertop with enough space to prepare and serve elaborate meals. The bedrooms and living rooms on both floors are large, open, and easy to get comfortable in, however the game room is what makes this place stand out.  There is a giant flat screen, solid pool table, shuffle board, foosball, all spread around a two bay garage space with enough room to entertain a group of friends or large family for days. The fact that my friend could bring his service dog free of charge, plus a younger pup (for a reasonable fee), plus the great amenities set in a spacious, comfortable layout are what compelled me to extend my stay by a few days, knowing it would be hard to find a place that surpasses everything on offer elsewhere. No regrets

we needed a single floor place with easy wheelchair access to spend 10 days with my mom; with comfortable living space as we weren't going out much. this place was not only excellent for that, but has amazing views of the western range and pikes peak. we never got tired of that view! the wrap around terrace of this end unit is huge, with plenty of outdoor seating if the weather is nice. the living room furniture is very comfortable, the kitchen is set up well with good quality pots and pans, and the beds were very comfortable. my mom has a lot of pain issues with her back and did very well there for the 10 days. my wife is in chronic pain, and did quite well also. the hosts were very responsive to any questions, and the checkout process is simple with minimal effort.

My family had a great stay at this home. The pool and hot tub were a nice touch, and the outdoor space, with a BBQ and firepit, provided plenty of room to relax. Being directly across from a large park made for easy, enjoyable walks. It was a perfect place to unwind.

Amazing stay-Everything you could ask for!
I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb!  This home was spotless,comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed  - from kitchen essentials to extra blankets and even toiletries.  The thoughtful touches, like coffee, seasonings, wine options, made me feel so cozy and comfortable (just like home). The loca was perfect - quite, yet close to everything. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!  Can’t say enough about our stay and certainly the best Airbnb experience by far!

We had an awesome stay!!! Great communication when I couldn’t figure out the tv channels, very clean and not far from anything that you need but far enough from town where you felt like you were away from it all.
