We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 74 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 74 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

I have stayed at this property in the past, and enjoy the condo complex and neighborhood very much.
There was a problem with the AC in the condo complex for the first 24 hours. Hoste was very responsive and sympathetic, and thankfully the AC was fixed for the rest of our stay.
This is a great location. The people that live in the complex are very nice, and it is very close to many eateries, bars and entertainment.
I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting Old Town Scottsdale.Show more
