Given we drove from AZ through the night to attend my son's parent's weekend at the Air Force Academy, we arrived into Co Springs at 8 am. That said, the morning festivities ended early so we took a shot and drove to the house at 10:30 am to find Gary (the owner) doing some final touch ups from the prior guest. Must to our suprise, Gary let us check-in at around 11 am as he could see we were exhausted! This set the tone for the entire trip. <br/>The home is quaint and full of character. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful. <br/>Only caution is that of the bathrooms. Think European size LOL While fully functional, they are on the cramp side. Bedrooms are all a good size. All-in-all, I would have NO reservation in recommending this property.
