The master bedroom, located on the upper level, features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom on the main floor offers a cozy queen bed. For added privacy, the basement boasts a third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bath. The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, with essential cookware provided for your convenience. In the common area, a dedicated computer table and chair create a perfect workspace. We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Beautiful place that is pet friendly and very responsive! The host was very nice and respectful, would book through them again!Show more The location was perfect. Everything was so convenient and 15 minutes away. Clean house and it had everything you needed in a house. Only con is that the pillows were very flat other than that it was wonderful.Show more Good home for a family of 8, plenty of room. during summer. House does get HOTT!! No AC, even with windows open there's no breeze. me and my family had to stay at relatives place or find somewhere to hang out until evening which was around 10:00pm for home to cool down. be prepared, only one fan in master bedroom no other fans. bring your own. or purchase from walmart like we did.
