On the first level, the master bedroom beckons with a luxurious king bed, bedside lamps, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms both offer queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom includes an additional bunk bed—perfect for families or larger groups. All bedrooms aside from the bunk bedroom feature TVs for personalized entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, stocked with cookware essentials. The living room is a spacious retreat, boasting ample seating and a 50" Smart TV for cozy evenings. For added entertainment, head to the family room, where a pool table & foosball table await. We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

Dog Policy
This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

We arrived to a coffee pot with mold. An old dead mouse in the laundry area. The old carpet was not clean, and the house smelled of cigarette smoke.All this we attributed to the cleaning staff.Location was great. G

How this place was approved by VRBO is beyond my understanding. This place is a dump and is egregiously misrepresented on the VRBO website. These are just some of the things wrong with this place…The listing states the “master” bedroom is on the main floor when in fact it is in the dingy basement next to the game room and water heater which makes dripping noises all night long, making sleep impossible. In the basement bathroom the shower curtain is wedged to the wall with paper towel which just falls down when you try to use the shower. Toilet paper holder broken too. When we arrived at the house, it looked uninhabitable with the yard (front and back) overgrown. The site boasts an enjoyable outside space but there was no use of the outside here. If we had brought our dog there would have been no where for him to go without picking up ticks. Upon our first look around inside we found a dead rat! . The listing also states there is an iron and ironing board. Since we were there for a wedding, having these items was imperative for us. We called immediately to request an ironing board but that was never provided.We called immediately with some of our concerns but no action was taken at all. Our stay here was unpleasant yet the price we paid suggested we’d be staying at an upscale home. It was a huge disappointment; this house should not be listed on VRBO, who also did nothing to rectify our complaints. This house is zero stars. Rachel
