In the second bedroom, you'll also find a queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with all the cookware essentials you need for preparing delicious meals. The spacious living room offers ample seating on the couch and a 50" Smart TV for entertainment. For those needing to catch up on work, we provide a laptop-friendly environment with an office table and ergonomic chair. You can also beat the heat inside the home with the Window AC Units provided. Parking won't be an issue with two street parking spaces available. Enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom with towels and soaps provided, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Type of Cooling for the Home Window units - Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Too hot. 85 degrees is not what I expected in the main rooms. I did not realize there would only be 2 ac units in the place. Slow to respond with a new coffee pot. It took 3 days to get a new one. Did have a smell of mildew, possible from the basement.Show more
