Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom condo in Scottsdale! The master bedroom is designed for comfort, featuring a comfy king bed, a spacious closet, ceiling fan, portable fan, and bedside lamps for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes all cookware essentials, making meal preparation a breeze.
The living room is spacious with ample couch and seating, perfect for unwinding in front of the Smart TV. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy outdoor seating and take in the fresh air. Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. House Rules Required

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly what we needed. Make sure to read the check in instructions before trying to get into the place. It's a great place and has everything you need to feel at home. There was an issue with the bathroom shower faucet, and they were on it and sent over a handyman to fix it. I will stay with this host, knowing they care about your stay and want you to feel at home!Show more Moises

I cannot say how good of a host they are, fantastic communication, great location. Lots of stuff to do around the place lots of restaurants, convenient grocery store location. Fun park full of Pickleball players. It's a great place to stay at.Show more
