The easiest way to access the driveway is from the west side (make a left turn) and you may pull all the way to the back and turn around so you don't have to back into the main road. After parking in the private driveway, enter through the side-door and into the sleek new kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area with seating for six. The main living area is close-by too. Open and bright with comfortable seating, there's a quality flat-panel smart tv mounted on the wall. Just beyond the living room are the home's two bedrooms. King-sized comfort is offered in the first, along with a small work area (if you mut)! The second bedroom features a queen bed, quality, professionally laundered linens and plenty of welcoming, natural light. Both bedrooms are serviced by the single bath of the home—sleek and white, clean and modern. There is a basement attached to the home as well, offering both storage space and a full laundry for guest use.

ATTENTION:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Garbage and Recycling bins are located on the right side of the garage. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!

*The back yard is not fully fenced in
🐶Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
Additional Services:
- We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge. Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early for an early check-in or the day before your departure for a late check-out.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. We use this to prevent fraudulent reservations, illegal activity, and for the safety of all guests, neighbors, and homes. We take data security very seriously. SUper Cute Cottage !
Loved staying here for a little getaway with friends. It is a small little cottage, but it has everything you need and more! The owners are extremely nice and fast responders. The neighborhood isn't the nicest, because it's close to downtown. However, the pro is that it is super close to downtown and is in central Colorado Springs. Watch out for the driveway
Rental & personal car was damaged on the driveway due the scraping (about a 50 degree angle). Management says they can’t do anything about it. Tried charging my account 2 weeks earlier than day I was told I would be charged. Location is pretty sketchy, a lot of loud traffic throughout all hours of the night.
All in all, if you’re looking for a relatively cheap place to stay in CO Springs, it isn’t terrible. Just make sure your car is lifted, and you bring some ear plugs.Show more Bernice Hopkins

Colorado Springs Special
Available on short notice. Affordable, Convenient, clean, & centrally located. Lots of space for 4 people. Excellent Communication/arrived late, live person available for assistance. The driveway is steep & narrow with walls. Recommend using left turn access only with another person to help guide. Nice to have shade for vehicles during the heat and a safe place to park, away from street view.Show more
