Northern Colorado Springs is a bit quieter, more suburban with parks and trails and peaceful streets and shopping, grocery stores, gyms and restaurants all close by. There are plenty of parks, open spaces, trails for hiking and biking. The landscape here is raised too … and often the views of the Rocky Mountain Front Range including Pikes Peak, "America's Mountain," are better than in other parts of town. Access to all of the best attractions for visitors and guests is still exceptional, with plenty of easy roadways north, south, east and west. The Air Force Academy is just about 15 minutes away from here. Garden of the Gods, the Airport, Downtown, The Broadmoor, The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak—all are just 20-25 mins away. Easy access, views, suburban goodness—a solid choice for families or groups of travelers.
Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Parking is in the garage, driveway, or anywhere on the street in front of the house.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in.

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s in Colorado Springs and this is one of our favorites! The house was very clean and had lots of room for our guests. You will want me disappointed.
