Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

📢 Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68-72 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

Total dissatisfaction
Hello,
Please allow this email to memorialize my earlier conversation with one of your representatives to formally raise my discontent with the accommodations at 7530 Polk. We had initially upon arriving had issues gaining access to the property, which ultimately was rectified.
We then had to call and raise the amount of filth around the cold air return, along with the filthy air filter, as our Son has respitory issues. Also, the matter of the bathtub/shower diffuser not working properly was raised.
The people facing the property to the left had a goat on their backyard (picture attached) along with chickens wondering around and down the alley.
The neighbor to the right facing the house was using an air drive impact wrench at 5:00am multiple days during our stay.
The only thing that was fresh and clean were the linens/towels, which I assume came from an outside vendor. The only caveat to the above was the main bedroom comforter had yellowing and blood stains on them.
There were pick up trucks parked bumper to bumper in front of the property 24/7, which impeded my ability to back out and in constantly.
The toilet was not secured to the floor, so every time you sat on the toilet it moved back and forth.
The floors were not noticing dirty until we showered walked from the bathroom to the bedrooms and or living room and the bottoms of our feet were black.

Visit to see family in Scottsdale
Great little property for our visit to see family in Scottsdale. Location was great, nice park nearby to walk. Good food spots nearby and close to old town. Three adults travelling with our dogs, was spacious for us and the dogs appreciated the large backyard. The fire pit was nice to enjoy in the evening. The keyless front door lock had an issue which was quickly resolved. Property manager was easy to contact and resolved the problem quickly. Would happily stay again!Show more Shannon Flowers

Cozy, convenient and clean
My husband, two dogs and I stayed for a month. The place was perfect for us. The beds were comfy, the backyard was secure for the dogs, and the house had all new appliances. Honestly it’s hard to think of anything to improve. Maybe the living room couch could have been more comfortable, but it was the perfect size and also had a pull out bed. We couldn’t get the fire table on the patio to work, so that was a bummer but most of the year, you probably don’t need it. I’d for sure stay there again. Clean and Nice
The place was very clean upon arrival. Perfect little place to stay. I had my dog with me and my only issue was the unkept backyard. She kept finding lots of the things & trash to eat in the rocks. The weeds were massive as well. Didn’t ruin the stay at all just was hard with a young puppy. Overall, would stay again!Show more
